Frequently Asked Questions 

When will I be notified if my abstract was accepted for a presentation?
Presenters will be notified January - February 2021.
Am I required to register for the conference? 
YES. All presenters are required to register for the full three-part series.
Can I get registration fees waived as a presenter?
We expect over 100 presenters who not only present but also attend our other educational sessions. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer discounted registration to so many presenters. We also encourage collaboration and attendance to our other educational sessions, so presenters not only spread their knowledge but also gain value from other presenters.
What A/V equipment will I be required to have to be a presenter? 
All presenters will need a web cam, microphone, reliable internet connection, etc.
Will virtual presentations be pre-recorded or live virtual sessions? 
All educational sessions will be live virtual sessions.  

Poster Presenter Information

In what format is the poster presentations requested?
Please submit your poster presentation in a PDF format.
When should I submit my poster presentation by?
To display your poster during the Part 1: April 20-21 program, a PDF version of your poster must be sent to Debbie Draper at by March 19, 5:00 pm MST.
Who can I contact for more details on poster presentation requirements and deadlines?

Conference Platform Information

Presenters will receive an email invitation to Pathable, the virtual conference platform, approximately 3 weeks before the conference. Presenters will access conference sessions and materials on the Pathable platform. The invitation will contain a personalized link where presenters will be able to set up a personal login and:
  • Complete profile to participate in the virtual community
  • Add files, videos, and polls to assigned sessions
  • Meet attendees in conversation rooms
  • Pre-schedule private, 1:1 virtual meetings
**Please make sure to add ‘’ to your allow list to ensure you receive your invitation.**
Pathable, the virtual conference platform, will provide a live training webinar prior to each of the three parts in the virtual series. Below are dates for the three trainings.
**Please note, attendance is required for ALL speakers, including those on a panel. A recording of each training will be made available to those unable to attend.**
  • April 20-21 Training: March 29, 2021
  • June 1-2 Training: May 10, 2021
  • July 14-14 Training: June 18,2021
